01/04/2019 From Peter Varellas This Vendor is already in our system and they receive our quarterly newsletters and updates with the other sales made in the complex. I’ve first spoken to the Vendor many years ago.In order to pay a referral fee, I would need to increase my fee for it to be worth while on a transaction like this. Not sure if you are aware, but the value of this apartment would be in the vicinity of $170,000 - $180,000. What is your policy with existing clients on our database.
