Apologies for the delays in this process, however we encountered some complexities in dealing with the will and appointing new executors.
Just to update you on the current state. Christine now works at Jellis and Ben appears to have referred me to his director Robert.
I have also sought appraisals and quotes from Ray White and Harcourts and I am basically running a tender process at the request of the executors.
I will be presenting the data to the executors this week and hope to have a decision by next week.
Executors are still waiting for one last document to be signed by the courts which we hope to have back by the end of next week.
Once I know the outcome, I will advise accordingly.
