14/11: David Lao emailed, he's updated the vendor on recent sale activity but vendor have extended tenancy termination until next year.
10/10: Both agents emailed. Vendor gave tenants notice to vacate - will take a whilte for them to move out.
29/08: Both agents replied to the email that they have been in touch w/ the vendor. Vendor is still waiting on the tenants to vacate.
