Thanks for your email. Unfortunately when I spoke to Rajeev again he had way too high of an expectation of price. He wanted around the $650,000 for the small property. It would be somewhere in the high $500k. I had to decline putting the property on the market at that price.
9/4/20 Nick said long lease 12 months and client wont get what he wants at this stage.
25/10 Stephen said he wants too much for his property cant obtain the $600
4/9 Stephen said still has confidence to sell
