20/02/20 Agent Helen replied, "They withdrew the property last week. I no longer have it for sale. Not much interest at that price and the trouble was the body corporate fees are so high. Also another property in the same complex listed last week for approx.. $80k less"
13/08/19 - Listed with referred agenrt, Helen Maund from PRDnationwide (Whitsudnay)
11/04/19 - Vendor replied, "My instructors were clear. We are not in a position to sell at the moment. I was doing some research myself for agents in Airlie beach. I did advise your office when they called that speaking to an agent at this time is premature. Please advise and update your records accordingly."
