01/06/20 - Spoke to vendor, units now strataed, have good tenants, will keep renting them for another year at least to follow up
12/07/19 - Spoke to vendor, Is in process of getting strata title for her duplexes and wants a call back mid September to see if ready then is also going away in the meantime.
11/04/19 - Spoke to vendor, all in contact will wait to hear what they get back to her not too impressed with Patrick Ray White, was busy talking about himself will see what agents come back with
