18/02/2021 - Ruth: Apologies for lack of response to previous emails. At this stage I'm not sure if I will be selling this block of land of a small farming acerage in a country town. Brother still wanting to purchase the farm land but needs to work out his succession details first. Since the passing of my husband and becoming the sole wage earnerI need to sell one of these properties to take off a bit of financial pressure as I only work part time in a low wage job of Educational Support, and at nearly 65 years of age I do not wish to go back to full time work. Hope this explains my procrastination as I am waiting for my brother's response & he is waiting to "next generation" to decide if they want to stay in farming!!
*** No doubt if I do end up selling the block of land, instead of the farm land, I will request an update re recommended real estate agents in the Melton area.
