Jane: We have been in contact with Margaret however they have made no indication that they have intentions to sell anytime soon.
Matt: I have been told that they won't be selling for some time. I will be sure to keep you posted.

Jane: No nothing, we have been keeping in contact with the client however the prolonged drought and then increased water restrictions stopped people selling.
In the next six months I think they will re-consider again.
