Accidentally deleted the property - rebuilt with this one. Please use this one while I try and get old conversations/old data back.

Called and spoke to office. Have sent email to team but no response. Will send again.

10/12 called office and sent through details again.

i just called the agent. She doesnt want anymore referrals and she will pay this one but says the owner contacted them directly after he listed and failed with another agency. Caitlyn another agent in the office listed it after the owner came back to her. Jacinta said it wasnt worth their efforts as he was hard work and an AH. She says we send crap to her. I went through the listing we have sent and said 1/4 is a good strike rate. Shes saying she will pay anyway.
