Sam: Apparently Stuart Mitchell from our Coburg office has already appraised and has met with the vendors at the house on 2 separate occasions. He has been referred from another friend and at this stage Emmanuel is happy to keep working with Stu and another agent the family have in mind.
Steven: Hi Mark , we have not had access to that one can you see if he would now like us to attend
Sam: Not yet still no word. I will call again today and keep you informed.
