Update from Erit - vendors bought house $1.4 in boom they want to achieve $1.5mill at moment its not happening there is a gap of $200k vendor is a bit difficult, she is not opening the home now unless via appointment, it will sell but closer to 1.4mill and vendors have to come to party giving them some tough love at moment as other agents in past have over quoted them. vf 21/6
