JORDAN NOTED SOLD A PLACE SIMILAR $440K AND HAD SOME RESIDUAL BUYERS SO WORKING THEM. WILL GO BACK TO VENDOR TO NOTE THIS. SHE BOUGHT FOR $520K SO MIGHT BETTER TO HOLD OFF AS MARKET GONE DOWN. HE HAS SOLD 9 THIS MONTH SO CRAZY BUSY BUT MARKET IS OK WITH SOME SELLING ABOVE ASKING. DUAL KEY AS HER IS WILL BE QUITRE HARD TO GET TOP PRICE.
