07/07/2021 - Shawn Nitsche : Attended appraisal - didn't like my figures so listed with someone else and still on the market and not sold.
20/01/2021 - I have just delisted this client’s property as the Vendor is unrealistic with price expectations and not receptive to my proposed marketing changes.

23/04/2020 - No Interest - covid-19 has affected area. Will update in a few weeks time.
