14/10 Moved both previous agents to accepting not progressing and emailed the lead to Kris he said he will attention the client asap. vf
14/10/21 ** Good timing. I considering my property in Moncrieff. I’m waiting on Luton to get back to me, they are certainly taking their time.
I’d like to get a fairly accurate idea of what the property is worth.
07/05/19: Last Anthony/vendor email, "not selling - both agents put him in touch with their rental teams."

21/11 Spoke to Vendor. He is possibly thinking about selling and from our referral engaged Luton as a rental manager. Will more likely go with them if it goes to market soon -
