VEDNOR - Thank you. At this stage I have decided to hold on to the property.
PAM - Hi this owner decided to continue renting with their current arrangement with the housing department. I will follow up this year to see if anything has changed
Just a quick update regarding your referral of Eloise for 49 Maple drive. I have been to view the property and sent her information and spoken to her. I have suggested she gets vacant possession before we try and sell it as the presentation is appalling. I have said to her that if I cannot sell the property for the price she wants, I can re-let it very easily with a great tenant, as there is nothing much for rent in Mackay at the moment. I think she was happy with that suggestion, so will be in touch when I have more to report.
23/09/19: Agent Ciara advised, "Not going to market. Vendor is going to move back in and renovate it so it is ready for sale. 6-12 months I'd say"
15/03/19: Agent Ciara advised, sale of property withdrawn
29/01/19: Agent Ciara emailed to advised she listed the property for sale
06/11/17: Vendor emailed, "We have decided to hold on to the property for the next 12 months. We are hoping to have the carpets and inside painted. We will also spend time at the end of next year tidying the gardens. I appreciate all your help. I will look to you when we decide to sell."
