29/05/18 - Spoke to vendor, plans to sell on hold till 2019. Was going to move interstate for work but those plans changed also.
26/02/18 - Vendor replied, "Looking at maybe renting it out instead. All a bit up in the air at the moment."
08/01/18 - Margaret advised, they are still renovating
16/10/17 - Agent Margaret emailed, "Met vendor and appraised property.. in the middle of renovating and I will revisit in the New Year when the work is complete."
