CATHY VENDOR - JUN 21 - We did not put the property on the market as the valuations were not enough for what we bought for . At the moment we have full time tenant in there but we certainly do keep in mind that when the market is in our favour we may decide to sell . So will keep you in mind . I do remember dealing with you and do still have your contact information.
