16/04/19 - Spoke to vendor, not selling for a long time as long term rental taken - told her can do possible off mkt if no adv in future so will come abck to me.
04/06/18 - Vendor advised no longer looking to sell
13/03/18 - Vendor said was only making a general enquiry originally and has no immediate intention to sell
19/10/17 - Agent Denzil replied, "Yes, we provided them with a sale and rental appraisal, they aren’t sure which path they are going to take as yet. They are building at Christies Beach and funnily enough, they have bought the block over the back fence from me, so we are going to be neighbours! The property isn’t likely to be sold or leased until their new home is complete."
19/10/17 - Denzil Cheesley accepted the referral
