15/04/2022 - Spoke to vendor, has an agent is in discussions his neighbour also looking at selling in discussions with a developer, he is not using Soames anymore, and DAvid Walker he said gave him impression he was not interested, do not need other agent for now. 01/05/2019 - Spoke to agent David, he met with clients feels that the agency sloames is taking advantage of them with their development carrot of $2mill but no deposit no offers etc.
