Currently online with other agent, has been few many agents and owner is frustrated that its not selling.
Great unit, mainly owner occupiers, minutes from beach, heated rooftop pool, Body corp fees a bit high $10500 per annum but needs to be marketed to buyers that can afford, and owner feels the target market is not being achieved by current agents.
