Stacey: He didn't actually own the property. He was looking to buy the property and wanted to know what the possible sale price for blocks would be.
Ray White Romsey have listed the land, went to auction and the auction was cancelled last weekend.

Stacey: Hello Mark, Spoken to David today, provided valuations for him. we then spoke on the phone, he was happy with everything id sent through at this stage.
