20/9 VM TO VENDOR HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE vf
I am i bit hesitant with this one for a couple of reasons.
1: The market has dropped significantly and I'm not confident I will acheive over $500k for this block.

2: I now charge $2,000 up front fees for advertising as it costs a lot now - I'm not confident your vendor would be ok to pay this as well as my fee.
