* * * * * * * No comms with vendor/agent from this date
28/02/20 - Alex called to advise that he is not selling for now all on hold as change of plans with his son, not sure what he is doing, said to him no stress Rowena will be in touch a few months down the track to see what he wants to do.
13/05/19 - Alex (vendor) emailed, "hank you for introducing me to Phil Hayward. Selling up and moving is an enormous task especially if I'm moving interstate. I have a big job ahead of me. I have to start selling off unwanted items that I wont be taking with me and starting to fill the shipping container etc. All this will take a month or more. When the time comes, I think I will choose PRD. I will keep in contact with you."
13/05/19 - Agent Phil said he met with Alex (vendor) who is probably looking toward Spring to list the home. There is some work to be done at the property before it is ready to be listed.
06/05/19 - Phil Hayward accepted the referral
03/05/19 - Chris Leonard accepted and passed on details to colleague Mathew Edwards who has pre-existing relationship with vendor for 6 years and recently appraised property on 1st May
