Jo: I am afraid nothing to report. He told me he had jumped the gun by looking into agents previously and may sell later this year but they were undecided. I keep trying to keep in touch but haven't had a return call for a bit.

21/05/2019 - Jo Langstaff: Just a quick update - I finally managed to catch up with Tim and he tells me that he thinks he has "jumped the gun" a little. They are talking about selling but probably not immediately. He said he needed to speak further with his wife who is presently away and then reach some conclusions about their next steps. I will certainly continue to follow him up and come back to you as I hear more
6/05/20198 - Hi Mark, I heard from the guys you mentioned. Friday ended up a bit crazy with work in the afternoon. On top of that my wife wasn’t a fan of the house I was keen on.
Pumping the brakes a little on potential sales until she gets back from overseas (early June).

Luke: Hi Mark, Thank you so much for the referral.I have made contact with Tim and we have already built a great relationship.He mentioned that he told his wife his idea and she was not impressed!!!!! and he now has to pump the breaks. I have arranged a meeting with him for when his wife gets back in June and he is has put his plans on ice for the moment.
