13/2/23- We decided to live in the house for the next few years so it would be unlikely we need an agent for a while.

07/04/20 - Spoke to Rod, he said the client decided to take off market and rent for a year, presented to them various offers withing $10k of their asking price but they refused, he said the problem was there was no styling in the house, it was an ex display home and also the land size small, the market at moment has died down for the $1mill propertis, he thinks she may come to market in 12 months they are best placed to sell as they manage renters.
