14/06/19 - Vendor said, "I will probably rent out the property as it's not really a sellers market right now. We will probably get back in contact with one of the agents when we are ready to move out and rent it out."
14/06/19 - Agent George emailed, "I attended the property for a sales appraisal, and she said she requested a rental appraisal. I organised for someone to come out while I was there and we gave her both. I think at this stage, if she does anything, it will be renting the property out. She has not returned any correspondence since we went out there, and the times I have driven past the property (its on a main street – I’m not stalking her 😊) there has been no activity."
13/06/19 - Agent James said, "Looks like Jennifer is going to rent out. I actually valued the property about 3 years ago for her"
28/05/19 - Vendor advised, "I did get appraisals from both the real estate agents, thank you. I will talk to my partner and broker and take it from there. Kind regards,
