09/11/2021 - Phil/vendor : Thank you for the text. I would love the updated research on agents in the area. Plus, we are planning to sell a townhouse in Runcorn QLD. Are you able to supply updated research on agents in that area as well? If so, that would be very welcome.
14/10/2019 - Phil/vendor : Thanks for the email. We are still looking at selling eventually. When James Simadas provided his very comprehensive response, he said that he was quite conservative due to the depressed market situation. He suggested a price between $590 000 and $640 000. This is less than what we would willingly sell the property for. We would willingly sell for $800 000 and at this stage are willing to wait. We keep the rent low ($430 pw - I think?) because we like the tenants and the way they look after the house. They have been there for many years.
We will see what happens in the full knowledge that we have no idea where prices are heading.
13/05/2019 - Vendor replied, "Yes, both gentlemen have been in contact. They know that there is no rush on our part and they appear to understand what we are after. All good so far!"
