21/05/2019 - Irene: Yes ,both have promised an assesment of property value. One, Luton, has a charge of 2 percent, Nationwide agent quoted2.2 but said they would compete and charge 2 percent of ultimate sale price. I have'nt engaged either agent as yet, I may try a third, Gilberts Estate agency. They are sited in Bungendore and
