13/03/2019 Lisa confirmed it was not listed with her "sorry I have never been able to get in touch with this owner. This property is not listed with me"
18/12/2018 Lisa advised The property has only this week gone up on realestate.com as the owner was reluctant to pay for marketing.
We have not had much interest thus far unfortunately.
I will be discussing a price reduction in the New Year if we haven't had any buyer engagement.
