She rang me yesterday to advise she and the family will be renovating the residence (extensively) and then look to market. She said we will get the gig once they have done this – but given the state of the property it will be some time away"
05/06/19 - AGent Kylie emailed, "I have been contacted by Juliana with regard to my appraisal, she was wanting for the appraisal to have two figures, one in the current figure and the other if renovated. From experience I can only provide a figure on the current condition as at times what the outcome of a renovation is can be vast."
