13//06/2019 - Resent lead to James - I just followed this one up with my team. Apparently they did call him straight away but he wouldn’t take a meeting. He also indicated that he wouldn’t deal with Harcourts; he might have had a bad experience once upon a time or he might be a bit odd.
12/06//2019 - Simon: I've appraised but haven't heard back

21/05/2019 - James: contacted nick - 9:30am Tuesday 21/5 he has asked for us to call him back at 2pm today.
