10/02/2021 - Laz: The property has been leased out by an agent and I spoke to Dennis he just said thank you for all the follow-up however the owners live in China and don’t speak English and don’t require any more contact from me
27/01/2021 - Laz I spoke with Dennis Toda. He said the property is leased out and the vendors live in China. no plans to sell the home in 2021.
