1/04/2020 - Kelly: Will FU again- said spoke with vendor and they were still not listing / but Domain & REA say sold
7/01/2020 - Not listed yet - do not push vendor as they have been waiting on probate and are also dealing with many agents - Kelly has been following this well
13/11/2019 - Kelly: have been in regular contact with Nicole and they have been waiting on probate to come through. I phoned her again today and the situation hasn’t changed, they are still waiting on probate. She did mention that they have been approached by a neighbour about selling privately.

Kelly: Nicole has not yet got a death certificate for her mother so has put the sale of the house on hold until she receives it. Her and her brother have not yet begun cleaning the house out for sale either. I’m hoping they might be ready to list the property in Spring, however have not yet committed to doing so with LJ Hooker.

14/06/2019 - Kelly: I appraised it as mentioned on the 3rd of June as did a few other agencies. I have contacted Nicole twice since then, however they have not yet reached a decision and in my opinion have received one inflated appraisal figure. I’ll let you know once I have confirmation either way.
31/05/2019 - Nicole has got back to my messages today and I have arranged to appraise the property with her on Monday morning at 11.30am.
