Status: Colette suggested to vendor to subdivide the block to appeal to the demographic pensioners in the area and if they buyer under 5 acres they can keep their pensions, it will prob cost vendor $25k to do it but Colette knows how to organise for her thru her mortgage, she will be in touch with me to call her in 6 months time and will update me happy to pay 20%per property once she sells vf
