OUR AGENT NEVER HAD CALLS RETURNED - Vendor claimed no contact

2/07/2019 Emailed vendor re appraisal - I have had no contact from either agent. I left a message with Ash but never got a return call.
The property manager had to go to the tribunal to get access to the property and there is a huge mess to sort out and repairs to be done so it won't be going on the market as quickly as I had hoped.
