JAN 22 - Financial separation from my ex wife has not happened as of yet.

18/03/19: Still no offers and minimal enquires, owners are not prepared to drop in price. Still a feature on Realestate.com and getting a few groups through home opens, the feedback is that the property is overpriced for its condition.
