- our agents never got in after initial appraisal

Michael: I have tried calling and left messages for him but nothing returned. I think he has separated from the actual owner of the property.

29/10/2019 - Emailed Michael for update: Th elast time I spoke with Spencer he had moved back to Penrith area. I believe that the property is actually in his partner's name and not sure if his move was due to them separating. Seems all odd really. I called him last week and left a message but have not heard anything back.
It is a strange arrangement, I have a follow up lan and will stick with it though in the hope that something comes of it.
