12/06/19: Agent Lorraine advised, "I have provided an appraisal but he is not selling in the near future."
04/06/19: Vendor emailed, "Have arranged to meet late Friday, so I don’t need the other guys, based in Bairnsdale, so please ask them to hold - for now. As discussed, it’s very early days at this stage...and we wish to keep confidential - we may choose to do nothing for a year or two!"
