The property was initially listed at a commission rate of 2.00% including GST, of the final sale price of the property. As we were having difficulty selling the property at the price the vendor was after, I discussed with her a reduced commission of a flat $10,000-00 including GST. This enabled us to accept an offer lower than she had initially wanted.
The property was sold at $682,500-00. Contracts were exchanged on the 20/12/19 and Settlement is to be on or before the 31/01/20. Please find attached a copy of the Exclusive Agency Agreement for the property.
