22/08/2019 Vendor advised Hi Natalie,
Thank you for your emails.
When I decided to sell my unit I asked for a realistic sale price from the real estate company. They gave me an inflated price and no interest was shown in the unit.
I do not need to sell the unit so I am not interested in giving it away at a reduced price.
Therefore, I do not think that this is a good time to put it up for sale.
When I try again I am happy to follow your recommendations in agents . I did not appreciate being misinformed by my choice in real estate company.
