11/06/2019 -0 Hi Mark, Suendran has signed a 30 day authority with Ballarat Real Estate – im assuming at a 1.5-1.8% commission fee, feedback from the vendor was that cost was his driving choice on agent – I will follow up in 30 days and monitor his marketing campaign,
Dominic said that this referral came to them from every referral agency in the country lol!!! So that is why he is not acting, one of his other colleagues was already on to it.
