16/07/2019 Vendor advised my wife and I and we are holding off from selling for the moment I did how ever say to Troy that should we want to sell in the future we would use his service I hope this clears things up for you
16/07/2019 From Troy Goldsworthy I do know the vendor has just got a new job in the area so i think given the heavily subdued state of the market and the fact a likely sale price would be at or around what they paid for the property a few years earlier they have decided to stay around a bit longer.
14/06/2019 Troy appraised, met with the guy unfortunately not much more than what he paid for $150 he left it to him and will follow up.
