warwick - Hi Natalie, I attended the property as arranged yesterday ,but Helen did not , when I rang she said she had forgotten.
I will make contact to attempt a face to face, if she is willing. There is an existing agents Sale Board at the property and this agency would need to be terminated prior to us acting for Helen. I will discuss this with her.
