20/01/2020 - Received proof of prior relationship - screenshot showing history of contacts by vendor and ex partner - Failed as already knew agent
SOLD BY REFERRED AGENT - disputing relationship / vendor says NO - Andrew says he knows them - will send proof
10/01/2020 - Emailed Andrew for updated proof - 6 months
10/01/2020 - Spoke with Andrew regarding proof of pre existing - requested an em,ail reminder as he is on leave
He is adamant that he had appraised 3 months prior to listing ( which is actually after our referral) - he sent a pic of client from 2014 - he said he will forward the appraisal upon his return.

4/09/2019 0 - Emailed Matthew re update -Nothing as yet.
5/07/2019 - Emailed agent Matthew re appraisal - I have spoken to Scott during the week and he is awaiting some repairs to his roof through insurance.
He will contact me after the repairs have been conducted. He is deciding between 2 agents.Fingers crossed we can close the listing.
