26/08/19 - Spoke to agent Kostya, clients are not motivated to sell, the husband doesnt the wife does, they want too much and they also have a garage that is not approved, waiting on a price guide from the clients, Kostya suggessted $819k will wait and see what they say he said atm its not going anywhere.
