earlier same day: Thanks again for the lead. I have dealt with this client before however I have not completed a Market appraisal recently. I have left a message again with Sam’s wife of daughter. She has asked to call in 2hrs.
7/10/20 Currently rented out not selling Josh had followed up he did list with other agent at one stage who was not charging him high fees.
Joshua made appointment to meet client for today.
