14/10/2020 - Jaclyn: im ok at the moment thank you. Good tenants and things r smooth.
17/06/19: Jaclyn (vendor) emailed, "An update on my property.
I met with a finance person yesterday, and have decided to borrow some money instead of selling.
It seems that the rent is sufficient to cover the repayments plus the other outgoings of the property.
Thank you for your prompt help in getting some Real Estates on board. I have contacted them and let them know as well."
