27/06/19 - Spoke to Warren, he has spoken to vendor - knew him - problems with building etc. offered $250k from neighboour - shoudl have taken it. Warren offered to get someone to help wtih council etc. waiting on bob to get back to him
27/06/19 - Agent Andrew has spoke with vendor, he was going to get the tenants number for me and speak to the solicitor so that I could have access to the files. I haven't heard anything back from him.
