15/10/19: All three agents replied to FU, vendor isn't selling, not willing to sell at a loss, unrealistic price in order to list for sale,
11/07/19: Spoke to barbara (vendor), put on hold for a month while they speak to their acct
27/06/19: spoken to deborah - may lose a bit if sells, but if sells guildford may get profit so counteract this - speakign to acct & broker too. Intro new agent for guildford and f/up other agents as one left msg but she was at work.
