Matt: It looks like John at 12 O'Malley St May be going with another agent. I am still working on him.
Mike: He has said that he will list with me in about 2 more weeks but everything is going well at this stage but no paperwork is signed as yet.
28/06/2019 - Matt: I caught up with John and Dorelle yesterday. They are looking to put the property on the market early-mid August. They do still have a few little things to do around the house. I am catching up with them again in 2 weeks to try and get the signature.
